Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. After that, the booking is non-refundable. You can reschedule any time with our concierge via WhatsApp.

We track every flight in real time using your flight number. Your driver will be waiting whenever you actually land — no extra fees for delays.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Right after customs, at the meet-and-greet area, holding a sign with your name. We monitor arrivals so the timing is always perfect.

Are child seats included?

Yes — baby, child and booster seats are 100% free. Just let us know your kids ages when booking.

How far is Punta Cana Airport from the hotel zone?

The Bávaro hotel zone is approximately 30–40 minutes from PUJ airport. Cap Cana is about 15–20 minutes. La Romana and Miches is around 90 minutes.

We offer three tiers: Van Regular (up to 8 passengers), SUV Luxury (up to 5 passengers), and Sprinter VIP (up to 16 passengers). All vehicles are under 3 years old, air-conditioned, and fully insured.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Most tours are family-friendly. Buggy and ATV tours require drivers to be at least 18 years old, but children can ride as passengers. Catamaran and beach excursions are suitable for all ages.
